A former Razorback walk-on, Burlsworth Scholar-Athlete, and host of the SEC Career Tour, Josh has spent more than two decades equipping executives, owners, and rising leaders through 5 Voices, 5 Gears, 100X Leader, and Habitudes. He is the author of The Power of One Percent and Your 7 Day Masterclass on Mindset, and writes The Multiplier weekly.

During his 10 years at Life.Church, one of the largest and most innovative churches in the country, he helped launch the church's 30th location and led it for six years. Today, Ben serves as Location Pastor of Celebration Church Lake Travis and as a Guide with Multiply, where he helps leaders grow in clarity, leadership, and organizational health.
